FREQUENCY AND AMOUNT OF TREATMENTS:

​Acupuncture is a powerful healing art, and while treatment plans depend on the individual and the health issue presented, it is usually beneficial to see the patient over two consecutive weeks to begin with. After that, treatments can be spaced out to every 2–3 weeks or once a month, allowing the effects to work through the body and mind until the condition resolves.

The number of treatments very much depends on each individual—their constitution, overall health, and the seriousness of their diagnosis.​

Acute health problems generally require fewer treatments than chronic conditions.

​

Alongside acupuncture, I also always suggest and advise on simple lifestyle changes that clients can do themselves to help heal their ailment faster and prevent future occurrences.
