Counselling
Counselling offers a safe, supportive space to explore your inner world — your thoughts,
feelings, and patterns of behaviour.
By deepening self-awareness and understanding, it can help you meet life’s challenges
with greater clarity, resilience, and empowerment.
I’m a qualified Integrative Counsellor dedicated to creating a warm, confidential, and
non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen, heard and understood.
At the core of my work is the therapeutic relationship — built on empathy, trust, and genuine connection.
People seek counselling for many different reasons — including support with mental health, personal growth, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma recovery, or simply a desire
to feel more grounded and at peace within themselves.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages and backgrounds, facing a wide range of issues including:
-
Low self-esteem
-
Anxiety and social anxiety
-
Stress and work-related burnout
-
Depression and negative thought patterns
-
Grief and loss
-
Relationship struggles and breakdowns
-
Childhood trauma, abuse, and neglect
-
PTSD and trauma recovery
-
ADHD and autism
-
Addiction and self-harm
-
Loneliness, anger, and emotional regulation
In my work, I draw from a number of therapeutic approaches to create a tailored experience for each client.
My integrative training includes Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Practice (trained in Somatic Trauma therapy under Babette Rothschild).
I also work in ADHD-informed, and attachment-informed way:
-
As an ADHD-informed therapist, I offer practical support and strategies to help clients navigate everyday life.
-
As an attachment-informed therapist, I pay close attention to how early relational patterns influence present-day connections and emotional responses.
I hold a Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Integrative Counselling from Reflections Training Ltd, and I’m a fully insured member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
I also receive regular supervision to ensure safe, ethical, and effective practice.
